Last month I talked about "How to Deal with Changes Using Logical Levels" and I thought it would be useful to go through a specific client example to show how it can be used to deal with change and think about goals.
This example covers a client of mine who had a great career opportunity but in another part of the world! Obviously a massive change that needed to be thought about clearly! The logical levels method is a very useful one. Not only can it help to set goals and help manage changes (even moving to another part of the world) but also to double check your thoughts and feelings around the goal or change.
Logical levels is something that you can do yourself but if you are facing changes in your life or work and are feeling overwhelmed I can help take you through the logical levels to better understand the changes you are facing and the steps you need to take.
